E+A Lite is a limited design consultation service. Client agrees to provide all information regarding the client's requirements for the project. Client also agrees to additional hourly fees if requesting additional in-home visits or scheduled phone calls. Evars + Anderson will not be responsible for the means, methods or procedures of construction, fabrication, delivery, and installation, or safety precautions in connection with the project; for the acts or omissions of the contractor or any subcontractor, supplier or other person performing the work on the project; or failure of them to meet any schedules or completion dates. Evars + Anderson cannot be held responsible for arranging deliveries, repairs, replacement or freight claims for purchases made in conjunction with recommendations for their E+A Lite project.
